Our tasting menus can vary between $95 and $135 per person depending on menu and venue. A Field Rations pop up one can expect anywhere from 5-10 courses not including several small gifts from the kitchen.
100% of the service charge is pooled between the front and back of house, allowing all of our staff to be compensated fairly.
A Field Rations pop up should be thought of us a dinner party. As people show up they will be greeted with champagne and small bites from the kitchen to enjoy as you mingle around. Once we seat everyone at our long communal tables made of reclaimed Idaho barn wood, dinner will begin. Each course is served and explained to everyone at once, allowing everyone to experience the dinner together.
